Product Overview

The 250W Infrared Brooder Lamp is designed to provide concentrated radiant heat for chicks and young poultry during the critical brooding stage. The infrared heating element transfers heat directly to the bird area, helping create a comfortable and stable microclimate.

This type of poultry heat lamp is widely used in hatcheries, chick brooding rooms, poultry farms and livestock buildings where localized heating is required. The compact design allows flexible installation above brooders, cages, pens and floor-rearing areas.

Key Features
  • Infrared Radiant Heating: provides direct heat transfer to chicks, bedding and surrounding surfaces.
  • 250W Heating Power: suitable for chick brooding and small-to-medium heating zones.
  • Fast Heat Generation: provides rapid radiant heat after electrical activation.
  • Adjustable Installation Height: heat intensity can be controlled by changing lamp mounting distance.
  • Compact Structure: easy to install in poultry pens, brooders and chick-rearing areas.
  • Energy Efficient: focuses heat on the required area instead of heating unnecessary building space.
  • Easy Replacement: standard lamp design simplifies maintenance and replacement.
  • Multiple Poultry Applications: suitable for chicks, ducklings, goslings and other young animals.
Structural Components
  • Infrared heating bulb
  • Heat-resistant glass shell
  • Infrared heating filament
  • Metal screw base
  • Electrical connection terminals
  • Lamp holder
  • Protective lamp guard, optional
  • Suspension accessories according to installation requirements
Working Principle

Electrical energy passes through the infrared heating element and generates infrared radiation. The radiation travels directly toward the brooding area and is absorbed by chicks, litter and surrounding surfaces.

Unlike conventional air heaters, infrared lamps provide localized warming, allowing operators to create a suitable warm zone while maintaining lower temperatures in other areas of the poultry building.
