| Product Overview |
The Portable Self-Contained Foundation Truck Scale is a mobile vehicle weighing solution that integrates the weighbridge platform with a reinforced steel foundation frame. It reduces the need for conventional permanent civil foundations and allows the system to be relocated when project requirements change.
With weighing capacities up to 150 tons, precision load cells, a digital weighing indicator and optional single or double access ramps, the system is suitable for farms, feed mills, agricultural processing facilities, logistics yards and temporary vehicle weighing stations. |

- Data Connectivity: Standard indicator outputs can support compatible printers and computer-based weighing systems.
- Reduced Site Construction: Suitable for projects where rapid installation or future relocation is required.
- Modular Configuration: Platform dimensions and weighing capacity can be configured according to vehicle type and project requirements.
- Unattended Weighing Option: Automated vehicle identification and unattended weighing functions can be integrated for customized projects.
|
| Working Principle |
The vehicle drives onto the weighbridge through the access ramp and stops with all required axles positioned on the weighing platform. The applied load is transferred through the scale structure to the electronic load cells.
The load cells convert the mechanical load into electrical signals, which are processed by the intelligent weighing indicator and displayed as the vehicle weight. Depending on the selected system, weighing data can also be printed, transferred to a computer or recorded automatically by an unattended weighing management system. |
