| Product Overview | The Round Vibratory Manure Separator screens pumpable livestock slurry through a circular mesh deck. Retained fibers and coarse solids move toward a peripheral discharge, while screened liquid passes through to a collection outlet. It can serve as a screening or pretreatment stage within a commercial pig farm manure handling system. Final suitability depends on slurry composition, feed rate and the required separation result. |

| Structural Components | A typical configuration includes a feed inlet or distribution cover, circular screen deck, screen frame and clamps, vibratory drive with eccentric weights, vibration isolators, support base, oversize discharge and screened-liquid outlet. Guards, splash covers, wash connections and a project-specific control panel can be specified as required. |
| Working Principle | Slurry is distributed onto the screen surface. The vibratory drive generates combined horizontal and vertical movement, carrying material across the mesh. Liquid and particles smaller than the selected openings pass through; larger fibers and debris travel to the solids outlet. Feed consistency and screen selection affect throughput, solids capture and the moisture of discharged material. This screening stage does not mechanically press the solids. |

| Applications | Suitable for evaluating the screening of pumpable pig manure slurry, livestock wastewater containing coarse solids and manure-treatment feed streams. The unit may be positioned ahead of storage, further separation or wastewater treatment. The base and service clearances can be coordinated with a pig house utility area, steel structure building or separate manure treatment facility. Electrical and weather protection are designed according to local climate and farm conditions. |
| Installation & Maintenance | Install the separator on a level, adequately supported base with access to the screen and drive. Allow for vibration isolation, splash control, drainage and safe routing of the feed and discharge lines. During operation, inspect the mesh for blinding or damage, clean accumulated fibers, check clamps and isolators, and maintain the drive in accordance with its supplied instructions. |
