| Product Overview |
The Touchscreen Poultry House Temperature Controller is designed for centralized climate and production management in commercial poultry buildings. It combines an intuitive touchscreen interface with modular control functions for ventilation, heating, cooling, air inlets, circulation fans, emergency opening and alarm management.
The controller can be configured for broiler houses, breeder houses, layer houses, pullet rearing facilities, turkey houses and other intensive poultry production systems. It is suitable for modern steel structure poultry buildings using negative-pressure, balanced-pressure, tunnel, side, cross or combined ventilation concepts.
By integrating temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide, ammonia, static pressure and outdoor weather information, the controller can coordinate environmental equipment according to actual house conditions and programmed production targets. |

| Working Principle / Structural Principle |
Environmental sensors continuously measure temperature and other poultry house conditions and send data to the controller. The control processor compares real-time values with programmed set points, ventilation curves and production-stage requirements.
When heat load increases, the controller can progressively adjust fresh-air inlets, exhaust fans, tunnel ventilation and cooling systems. During low-temperature periods, it can reduce ventilation to the required minimum level while coordinating heating equipment and air distribution.
Additional sensors for humidity, carbon dioxide, ammonia or static pressure can be used to refine ventilation decisions. In more advanced configurations, adaptive or PID-based control logic can provide smoother and more accurate environmental regulation.
Alarm functions continuously supervise critical climate and equipment parameters so that abnormal conditions can be identified quickly. |

| Installation & Maintenance |
Installation:
- Install the touchscreen controller in an accessible technical area or compatible poultry house control cabinet.
- Arrange temperature and air-quality sensors at representative positions according to poultry house airflow and animal-zone requirements.
- Separate low-voltage sensor wiring from high-current motor and heater cables where required by electrical practice.
- Connect fans, inlets, heaters, cooling pumps and other loads through correctly sized contactors, motor protection devices and control circuits.
- Verify all sensors, actuators, alarms and emergency opening functions before placing the house into automatic operation.
Maintenance:
- Check sensor accuracy periodically using suitable reference instruments.
- Inspect cables, connectors, actuator linkages and control cabinet terminals for damage or corrosion.
- Keep the touchscreen and enclosure clean and protected from direct pressure washing.
- Review ventilation curves and temperature targets when flock age or seasonal conditions change.
- Back up system data and configuration where supported by the installed management platform.
