| Product Overview | The Pullet Rearing Cage Inspection Trolley is a mobile access solution developed for commercial multi-tier pullet rearing systems. It provides convenient operator access to elevated cage tiers for routine flock inspection, equipment checking, adjustment and maintenance. The trolley can be configured around the cage frame, tier height, service aisle and poultry-house layout. Depending on the project design, the access structure may use floor-running wheels, guide wheels or a compatible rail-guided arrangement. Dimensions, working height, platform configuration and safety components are customizable according to project requirements. It is particularly suitable for large-scale poultry farms, integrated livestock equipment projects, farm renovation and new steel structure poultry-house construction. |

| Working Principle / Structural Principle | The trolley forms a movable elevated working platform alongside the pullet cage row. Its structural frame supports the operator while the wheel or guide assembly controls movement along the designated service path. The operator moves the trolley to the required cage section and uses the working platform to inspect birds or access equipment installed at higher tiers. Where a locking or braking system is specified, the trolley can be secured at the working position before maintenance operations. The access arrangement can be coordinated with feeding lines, nipple drinking systems, cage doors, manure-management equipment, ventilation components and other poultry-house installations to maintain suitable service clearance. |

| Installation & Maintenance | Installation should be carried out according to the approved cage layout and trolley assembly drawings. Before commissioning, verify cage tier height, row spacing, aisle clearance, running surface and guide dimensions where applicable. Routine maintenance includes checking wheels, bearings, guide components, structural connections, platform supports, handrails and braking or locking components. Moving parts should be kept free from excessive poultry dust, feed residues and manure. Any damaged or excessively worn component should be replaced before further operation. For complete poultry projects, trolley installation can be coordinated with cage installation, steel structure construction and other livestock equipment systems. |

| Project Cases | The inspection trolley is suitable for commercial poultry projects where pullet cages are arranged in multiple tiers and convenient access to elevated cage levels is required. For new projects, the trolley configuration can be considered during farm engineering together with cage rows, service aisles, feeding systems, nipple drinking lines, ventilation equipment and the poultry-house steel structure. For retrofit projects, the existing cage dimensions and available clearance can be used as the basis for configuration. Project-specific specifications are available according to farm capacity, cage arrangement, building dimensions and local operating conditions. |
