| Product Overview | The Pneumatic Poultry Cage C-Ring Gun is an air-powered fastening tool designed for high-efficiency assembly and maintenance of poultry cages, wire mesh panels and livestock enclosure components. Compared with manual C-ring pliers, the pneumatic operating system reduces hand force and supports faster repetitive fastening during commercial poultry equipment installation. The tool automatically positions compatible C-rings from the magazine and closes each ring around adjoining wires when the trigger is activated. Its compact body, extended magazine and ergonomic grip make it suitable for cage factories, poultry house construction teams, maintenance departments and livestock equipment installation contractors. |
| Key Features | Pneumatic Fastening: Compressed-air operation provides fast and repeatable C-ring closing for poultry cage wire connections. High-Capacity Magazine: Long magazine design reduces reloading frequency during continuous cage assembly. Ergonomic Grip: Rubberized handle construction supports comfortable operation during repetitive fastening work. Balanced Tool Body: Compact weight distribution improves maneuverability around cage panels and restricted installation areas. Consistent Ring Closure: Formed jaws close compatible C-rings around intersecting wires for repeatable mechanical connections. Wire Cage Application: Suitable for poultry cages, animal cages, fencing, wire baskets and similar mesh structures. Left- or Right-Hand Configuration: Compatible designs can be adapted for different operator handling preferences. OEM Support: Tool and fastener configurations can be supplied according to project requirements. |

| Working Principle | Collated C-rings are loaded into the tool magazine and advanced toward the forming jaws by the feeding mechanism. The operator positions the open ring around the poultry cage wires or mesh sections to be connected. When the trigger is activated, compressed air drives the internal mechanism and closes the ring around the joint. After each fastening cycle, the next C-ring advances automatically into the working position. This allows rapid repetitive fastening during poultry cage production, installation and repair. |

| Customization Options | SHEWUYOU can supply pneumatic C-ring fastening tools and compatible rings according to poultry cage wire diameter, required closure size and project installation conditions. Available options can include C-ring gauge, ring material, magazine configuration, tool model, jaw configuration, air connection standard and replacement fastener quantities. OEM configurations and matching consumable packages are available according to project requirements. |
| Installation & Maintenance | Connect the tool to a clean and regulated compressed-air supply that matches the specified operating pressure. Load only compatible C-rings into the magazine and confirm that the feeding mechanism moves smoothly before operation. Routine maintenance should include cleaning the jaw area, checking the magazine, inspecting the air inlet and hose connection, and lubricating pneumatic components according to the tool maintenance instructions. Disconnect the compressed-air supply before clearing jams, replacing components or performing maintenance. |
| Project Cases | Pneumatic C-ring guns are suitable for poultry cage manufacturing lines and on-site installation projects requiring a large number of repetitive wire connections. They can also be used during poultry house renovation for replacing damaged cage mesh, repairing partitions and fastening new livestock equipment components. For complete poultry projects, pneumatic fastening tools can be supplied together with C-rings, cage systems and other poultry house maintenance tools. |
