| Product Name | Enclosed Agitated-Bay Manure Composting System |

| Product Overview | This system brings manure mixing, aeration and active composting into an enclosed facility. Parallel concrete bays accommodate a prepared mixture of livestock manure and suitable bulking material. A traveling agitator turns the material while a floor aeration system supplies or extracts air to support aerobic decomposition. The layout can be integrated with manure separation, material receiving, curing and screening areas in a commercial pig farm or centralized agricultural waste project. |
| Key Features |
|
| Structural Components | A typical project comprises reinforced-concrete composting bays, a rail-mounted agitator, drive and control equipment, an aeration floor or embedded air channels, blowers, temperature monitoring points and a feed and discharge arrangement. The enclosure may use a project-designed steel structure with corrosion-conscious cladding and ventilation. Exhaust collection and a biofilter or other odor treatment equipment can be specified according to site requirements. |
| Working Principle | Separated manure solids are blended with an appropriate bulking material to obtain a workable, porous feedstock. The mixture enters the loading end of a bay. As the agitator travels along the bay, it lifts and turns the material and progressively moves it toward discharge. Controlled airflow through the bay floor supports aerobic activity. After the active stage, the discharged material can be transferred for curing and screening as required by the intended end use. |
| Technical Specifications |
|
| Applications | Suitable for project-engineered treatment of pig manure solids, cattle manure and other livestock organic materials after appropriate feedstock preparation. Typical sites include commercial pig farms, livestock groups, manure treatment centers and agricultural recycling facilities. Feedstock moisture, bulking material availability and the required finished-product route should be assessed during system design. |
| Customization Options | Bay quantity and length, agitator arrangement, aeration strategy, material conveyors, monitoring and control functions, odor treatment, and steel structure building interfaces can be coordinated with the project's site plan. The layout can also be planned around an existing pig house manure collection and solid-liquid separation system. |
| Installation & Maintenance | Civil works, bay rails, embedded aeration components and building interfaces should be coordinated before equipment installation. Agitator and blower assemblies are installed after the bay structure is ready, followed by electrical connection and commissioning. Routine checks include agitator wear parts, rails, drives, blowers, air passages, sensors and drainage areas. |
