Vertical Aerobic Manure Fermentation Tank

The Vertical Aerobic Manure Fermentation Tank is an enclosed, in-vessel composting solution for pig manure and other livestock organic waste. Prepared manure is loaded into the enclosed tank. Blowers introduce air while the mixing mechanism moves material through the vessel, supporting microbial activity and heat generation. Process air is directed to the specified exhaust treatment equipment. Fermented material is removed through the discharge arrangement for any further curing, screening or fertilizer processing required by the project.
