Product Overview The Broiler Cage Lifting Inspection Vehicle is a mobile elevated-access platform designed for inspection, flock management and equipment maintenance in commercial multi-tier broiler cage houses.

Multi-level cage installations make upper tiers difficult to reach safely from floor level. The lifting inspection vehicle provides a stable working position for farm personnel to observe birds, check feed and water distribution, inspect cage components and perform routine servicing along the broiler house aisle.

The lifting platform, chassis dimensions, wheel arrangement and working height can be configured according to cage tier height, aisle width and livestock equipment layout.
Key Features Elevated Cage Access: Provides convenient access to upper broiler cage tiers for daily inspection and maintenance.

Lifting Work Platform: Vertical lifting allows the working height to be adapted to different cage levels.

Stable Chassis: A rigid steel structure provides a stable base during inspection and servicing operations.

Compact Aisle Operation: Vehicle width can be matched to service passages between multi-tier broiler cage rows.

Mobile Configuration: Wheels allow the unit to be repositioned along the poultry house aisle.

Corrosion-Resistant Options: Galvanized or coated structural components are available for humid livestock environments.

Low-Maintenance Design: Simple mechanical and lifting components support routine commercial farm operation.

Project Customization: Working height, platform size, chassis dimensions and operating method can be customized.
Structural Components Main supporting chassis
Lifting platform
Scissor or project-specific lifting structure
Hydraulic or electric lifting actuator
Operator working surface
Safety guard structure where required
Running and steering wheels
Wheel locking or braking components
Control unit
Battery and electrical system where applicable
Structural braces and fasteners
Working Principle The inspection vehicle is positioned in the service aisle beside the broiler cage rows. The lifting mechanism raises the working platform to the required cage level.

Once the desired working height is reached, the operator can inspect birds and poultry equipment installed on the corresponding tier, including feeders, drinking lines, cage doors, flooring, lighting and other livestock equipment.

After completing work in one section, the platform is lowered and the vehicle is moved to the next inspection position. Depending on the selected configuration, travel can be manual, electrically assisted or self-propelled.

Customization Options SHEWUYOU can configure the Broiler Cage Lifting Inspection Vehicle according to broiler cage height, cage tier quantity, poultry house aisle width and required working level.

Customization options include vehicle width, platform dimensions, lifting height, lifting mechanism, wheel arrangement, travel method, structural material, surface treatment, safety guard configuration and control system.

Existing poultry house drawings and cage-system dimensions can also be used to develop a suitable retrofit solution.
Installation & Maintenance Before commissioning, the vehicle should be checked against the poultry house aisle width, cage height, floor conditions and available overhead clearance.

Wheels, brakes, lifting components, platform supports and structural fasteners should be inspected before regular operation.

Routine maintenance includes cleaning the chassis, checking the lifting mechanism, inspecting hydraulic or electrical components and removing feed dust, feathers and manure from moving parts.

Battery-powered configurations should also include regular inspection of charging equipment, electrical connections and battery condition.
Project Cases Broiler cage lifting inspection vehicles can be integrated into new poultry farm projects or supplied as access equipment for existing multi-tier broiler houses.

Project engineering normally considers cage row spacing, working aisle width, cage height, required inspection level and surrounding feeding, drinking, manure handling and ventilation equipment.

The vehicle can be coordinated with complete poultry cage systems and steel structure poultry house projects.
Product FAQ Q: Why is a lifting inspection vehicle useful in a broiler cage house?
A: Multi-tier broiler cage systems place birds and equipment at several elevations. A lifting vehicle provides practical access to upper tiers for inspection and maintenance.

Q: Can the lifting height be customized?
A: Yes. Working height can be designed according to cage tier configuration and project requirements.

Q: Can the vehicle width be customized for narrow poultry house aisles?
A: Yes. Chassis width and platform dimensions can be matched to the available service aisle.

Q: Can an electric lifting system be supplied?
A: Yes. Electric or electro-hydraulic lifting solutions are available according to project requirements.

Q: Can the vehicle be self-propelled?
A: Yes. Manual, electrically assisted and self-propelled configurations can be considered according to farm operating requirements.

Q: Is the vehicle suitable for an existing broiler cage system?
A: Yes. A customized configuration can be developed after confirming cage dimensions, aisle width and required working height.
