Working Principle / Structural Principle

Milk or prepared milk replacer is placed in the bucket reservoir and supplied to each feeding position through gravity. When a lamb suckles the teat, pressure changes at the nipple draw milk through the valve assembly toward the animal.

The non-return valve permits flow in the feeding direction while restricting milk from moving backward when the lamb pauses. This helps maintain milk close to the teat and can reduce blow-back within the feeding assembly.

Installation & Maintenance

Installation:

  1. Select a rigid pen rail, gate or livestock partition capable of supporting the filled feeding bucket.
  2. Install the bucket using the integrated hanging slots or compatible mounting bracket.
