| Product Overview |
The 2-Teat Lamb Feeding Bucket is a compact multi-animal milk feeding solution designed for orphan lambs, goat kids and other young small ruminants. Two independent teat positions allow two animals to nurse simultaneously, reducing the labor required for individual bottle feeding. The reference configuration uses a 2.5-gallon square, see-through bucket with a flat-back profile, two pre-drilled teat positions, soft flat-back latex teats and easy-clean teat units. The transparent body allows operators to monitor milk level quickly, while the sloped bucket floor helps minimize residual milk after feeding. The feeder can be mounted against livestock pen panels, wire fencing or compatible wooden partitions using a suitable bucket holder. It is well suited to lambing barns, nursery pens, commercial sheep farms, goat farms and livestock equipment projects where reliable group feeding and convenient maintenance are required. |

| Working Principle / Structural Principle |
Milk or properly prepared milk replacer is poured into the bucket reservoir. Each teat is installed near the lower section of the bucket through an individual teat unit and flow-control assembly. When a lamb or goat kid suckles, milk is drawn from the reservoir through the corresponding teat unit. The two separate feeding points allow two animals to nurse independently at the same time. For correct nursing posture, the bucket should be mounted low enough for the animal to stretch its neck naturally while feeding. Mounting height should be adjusted according to animal size and pen configuration. |

| Product FAQ |
Q1: How many animals can use the feeder at once? The standard two-teat configuration provides two independent feeding positions for two lambs or goat kids. Q2: What is the reference capacity? The referenced square bucket configuration has a capacity of 2.5 US gallons. Q3: Why is the bucket transparent? The see-through body allows farm staff to check milk level quickly and monitor feeding without opening the bucket repeatedly. Q4: Why is the bottom of the bucket sloped? The sloped floor helps move milk toward the teat area so that less liquid remains unused at the bottom of the feeder. Q5: Are latex teats suitable for newborn lambs? Yes. Soft flat-back latex teats are particularly suitable for young lambs and goat kids beginning artificial feeding, although rubber teats can offer greater durability as animals become older and develop sharper teeth. Q6: Can the teat units be cleaned without removing the complete fitting? Yes. With the easy-clean configuration, the main teat unit remains attached to the bucket while the nipple and flow-control component can be removed for washing. Q7: Can the bucket be mounted on livestock fencing? Yes. A compatible wire holder can secure the bucket to livestock panels or suitable wooden partitions. Q8: Can SHEWUYOU customize the feeder? Yes. Bucket configuration, teat type, mounting arrangement, packaging and related replacement components can be supplied according to project requirements. |
