Automatic Eye Drop Vaccinator with Vaccine Cooling System |

 |
| Product Overview |
The Automatic Eye Drop Vaccinator with Vaccine Cooling System is designed for controlled ocular administration of suitable live poultry vaccines to day-old chicks. It combines electronically controlled droplet dispensing with vaccine temperature management to support consistent vaccination quality during hatchery operations.
The equipment can be activated by a sensor, push button or operator control depending on configuration. A measured vaccine droplet is formed and held at the nozzle until the chick's eye contacts and absorbs the drop. An electronic counting function can record completed vaccination cycles, while the integrated cooling arrangement helps limit warming of prepared vaccine during continuous operation.

| Working Principle |
Prepared vaccine is connected to the liquid delivery system and maintained in the cooled holding area. When the operator activates the equipment or the sensor detects the required operating position, the dosing mechanism releases a controlled vaccine droplet to the dispensing nozzle.
The droplet remains suspended at the nozzle rather than falling immediately. The operator positions the chick so that the open eye contacts the droplet and absorbs the vaccine. After the vaccination cycle, the electronic counter can increase the recorded chick total.
The cooling system uses a cooling chamber or gel-filled cooling jackets around the vaccine container to help reduce heat transfer and support cold-chain management during hatchery vaccination.

| Installation & Maintenance |
The vaccinator is normally positioned on a stable hatchery workbench close to the chick handling area. The working height, sensor position and dispensing nozzle should allow comfortable and repeatable chick handling while providing convenient access to the vaccine cooling compartment.
- Inspect the dispensing nozzle, sensor and vaccine tubing before operation.
- Pre-cool the vaccine holding arrangement before beginning vaccination where required.
- Prime the vaccine circuit and verify stable droplet formation.
- Confirm the required dose according to the approved vaccine protocol.
- Monitor vaccine temperature throughout extended vaccination sessions.
- Clean vaccine-contact components immediately after use.
- Replace worn tubing, seals and dispensing components when required.
- Protect electrical components from direct water during cleaning.
- Follow applicable hatchery hygiene, vaccine handling and biosecurity procedures.

| Product FAQ |
Q: What is the purpose of the vaccine cooling system?
A: The cooling arrangement helps reduce warming of prepared live vaccine during continuous hatchery operation. Depending on configuration, a cooling chamber or gel-filled cooling jacket can be used.
Q: How is each eye-drop dose activated?
A: The equipment can use sensor activation, push-button control or another operator-controlled method according to the selected configuration.
Q: Does the vaccine drop fall automatically from the nozzle?
A: The dispensing design can hold the prepared droplet at the nozzle until the chick's eye contacts and absorbs it, supporting controlled application.
Q: Can the equipment count vaccinated chicks?
A: Yes. An electronic counting function can record completed vaccination cycles and support hatchery production records.
Q: Can the vaccination dose be adjusted?
A: Yes. The dosing system is adjustable within the applicable equipment range. The final setting must comply with the vaccine manufacturer's instructions.
Q: Can SHEWUYOU supply customized configurations?
A: Yes. Dosing, control method, cooling arrangement, electrical supply, spare parts and workstation requirements can be customized according to project requirements.
