Sensor-Operated Poultry Eye Drop Vaccinator |

 |
| Product Overview |
The Sensor-Operated Poultry Eye Drop Vaccinator is a compact vaccination device developed for controlled administration of liquid vaccines to day-old chicks. It is suitable for hatcheries and poultry breeding operations where individual eye-drop vaccination must be carried out with consistent dosing and efficient chick handling.
A sensor or operator control initiates the dispensing cycle and forms a suspended vaccine droplet at the delivery nozzle. The chick's eye is brought into contact with the droplet for uptake, while the integrated control system can record the vaccination count. Vaccine cooling can also be incorporated to support temperature management during continuous hatchery operation.

| Working Principle |
Prepared vaccine is supplied to the dosing mechanism through the vaccine line. When the sensor detects the operating position, or when the operator activates the control, the system dispenses a measured droplet and holds it at the end of the nozzle.
The operator carefully positions the chick so that the eye contacts and absorbs the suspended droplet. After each vaccination cycle, the electronic counter increases the recorded bird quantity.
Where configured, the vaccine reservoir is surrounded by a cooling chamber or gel-filled cooling jacket to help reduce temperature increase during continuous operation.

The vaccinator can be installed on a stable workbench within the chick vaccination area. Equipment position and working height should allow comfortable chick handling and clear access to the dosing nozzle.
- Check the sensor, nozzle and vaccine tubing before operation.
- Prime the vaccine circuit and confirm stable droplet formation before vaccination.
- Confirm the required dose according to the approved vaccination protocol.
- Keep vaccine-contact components clean throughout operation.
- Flush and clean the liquid circuit after each vaccination session.
- Inspect tubing, seals and nozzles regularly and replace worn consumables.
- Keep electrical control components dry during cleaning.
- Follow applicable hatchery hygiene and biosecurity procedures.

| Product FAQ |
Q: What birds is this vaccinator designed for?
A: It is primarily designed for individual eye-drop vaccination of day-old chicks in commercial hatcheries.
Q: How does the sensor-operated system work?
A: The sensor activates the dosing cycle and produces a measured vaccine droplet at the nozzle. The operator then positions the chick's eye to absorb the suspended droplet.
Q: Can the vaccination dose be adjusted?
A: Yes. The dosing system can be configured according to the applicable vaccine protocol and project requirements.
Q: Does the equipment count vaccinated chicks?
A: Yes. An electronic counting function can record the number of completed vaccination cycles.
Q: How is vaccine temperature controlled?
A: A cooling chamber or gel-filled cooling jacket can be used to help keep prepared vaccine cool during operation.
Q: Can the equipment be customized for different hatchery projects?
A: Yes. Control method, dosage configuration, electrical supply, cooling arrangement and accessories can be customized according to project requirements.
