Product Name Dual-Line Poultry Intramuscular Vaccinator
Product Image Dual-line poultry intramuscular vaccinator
Product Overview The Dual-Line Poultry Intramuscular Vaccinator is designed for high-efficiency on-farm vaccination of commercial poultry, including layers, broilers and breeders.

The system supports controlled intramuscular injection and can be configured to administer up to two vaccine products during the same handling cycle. Independent vaccine lines allow dosing to be set according to the required vaccination program.

Compared with fully manual syringe vaccination, the equipment improves consistency in bird positioning, injection location and dosing while helping reduce repetitive operator handling during large-flock vaccination programs.
Key Features Dual-Line Vaccine Delivery: Supports administration of up to two vaccine products during one bird-handling cycle.

Adjustable Dose Control: The reference system provides dose adjustment from 0.1 ml to 1.0 ml per vaccine line.

Intramuscular Vaccination: Designed for controlled intramuscular injection in commercial poultry vaccination programs.

Accurate Bird Positioning: Ergonomic positioning components help place each bird consistently before injection.

Operator Safety: The vaccination mechanism is designed to reduce the risk of accidental self-injection during repetitive flock treatment.

High Throughput: The reference equipment is designed for approximately 700 to 1200 birds per hour depending on operating conditions and staff workflow.

Heavy-Duty Construction: Durable materials support repeated use in commercial poultry farm environments.

Easy Cleaning: Accessible surfaces and service components simplify routine cleaning and biosecurity procedures.

Working Principle The operator places the bird in the designated positioning area so the injection point is aligned with the vaccination mechanism.

Vaccine is supplied through one or two independent lines. Each line can be configured for the required dose within the supported adjustment range.

Once correct positioning is confirmed, the system performs the intramuscular injection and delivers the selected vaccine dose. When two lines are used, two vaccine products can be administered during the same handling sequence.

The bird is then removed and the equipment is prepared for the next vaccination cycle, supporting continuous flock processing.

Customization Options SHEWUYOU can configure poultry vaccination equipment according to flock type, vaccination protocol, vaccine quantity and farm operating requirements.

Available options can include needle specification, vaccine tubing, bottle holder configuration, supporting frame, operating accessories and maintenance components.

Final equipment configuration should be confirmed according to veterinary requirements and the vaccination program used on the farm.
Installation & Maintenance Install the vaccination equipment on a stable working surface or compatible support frame and confirm that the vaccine lines are correctly connected before operation.

Before flock vaccination, check the selected dose, needle condition, tubing connections and vaccine flow. Remove trapped air from the vaccine lines before beginning injection work.

After use, vaccine-contact components should be cleaned and disinfected according to the vaccine manufacturer's requirements and the farm biosecurity program.

Needles, tubing, seals and other wear components should be inspected regularly and replaced when damaged or worn.
Project Cases Dual-line intramuscular vaccinators are suitable for poultry farms and veterinary teams that require consistent vaccination quality across large commercial flocks.

The equipment is particularly useful where two injectable products must be administered efficiently while minimizing repeated handling of each bird.

Vaccination equipment can be supplied as part of a poultry health management package together with needles, vaccine tubing, spare parts and maintenance accessories.
