| Product Overview |
The Round Baby Chick Feeder is a gravity-flow poultry feeder designed for chicks during brooding and early rearing. Its circular hopper stores a practical quantity of starter feed and continuously supplies the narrow feeding trough as birds consume the ration. The narrow trough helps prevent chicks from climbing into the feed, reducing scratching, litter contamination and unnecessary feed loss. Circular access allows birds to approach the feeder from all directions, making efficient use of brooding-house floor space. Constructed from sturdy plastic, the feeder is lightweight, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. It is suitable for commercial broiler farms, breeder chick rearing, hatchery-related projects and livestock equipment packages for steel structure poultry buildings. |

| Working Principle |
Starter feed is poured into the upper circular hopper. Gravity moves the feed downward through the central outlet and into the feeding trough around the base. As chicks consume feed from the trough, additional feed flows automatically from the hopper. The narrow feeding area provides access to the ration while limiting the ability of chicks to climb into the feeder and scratch feed outward. The feeder can be placed directly in the brooding area and repositioned as required according to flock density, bird age and poultry-house layout. |

| Installation & Maintenance |
Placement: Position the feeder on clean, level litter or a suitable brooding floor where chicks can approach it from all directions. Feed Management: Fill the hopper with fresh starter feed and inspect the trough regularly to confirm free gravity flow and appropriate feed availability. Flock Management: Distribute multiple feeders according to chick quantity, stocking density and brooding-house layout to minimize crowding around feeding points. Maintenance: Empty residual feed, separate removable components, wash thoroughly, disinfect according to the farm sanitation program and dry completely before refilling or storage. |
