| Product Overview |
The Large Round Chick Feed Tray is designed for convenient and hygienic feeding during the first stage of chick rearing. Its large circular feeding surface allows many chicks to reach starter feed simultaneously, helping reduce crowding and competition during critical early brooding. The low-profile polypropylene tray provides easy access for young birds and is lightweight, corrosion-resistant and simple to clean. It can be used as supplementary feeding equipment in commercial broiler houses, layer chick facilities, breeder rearing houses and other poultry livestock equipment projects. |

| Working Principle |
Chick starter feed is manually distributed across the open tray surface. The large diameter presents feed over a broad area so chicks can approach from all directions and begin eating quickly after placement. The low rim improves accessibility for small chicks, while the raised perimeter helps contain feed inside the tray. As chicks become familiar with the poultry-house feeding system, the trays can gradually be removed according to the farm's brooding and feeding program. |

| Installation & Maintenance |
Installation: Place the chick feed trays evenly throughout the brooding area before chick placement. Position them close to the primary feeding system so chicks can easily locate feed and gradually become familiar with automatic feeder pans or other permanent feeding equipment. Maintenance: Remove wet or contaminated feed promptly. Empty and wash the trays regularly during the brooding period and thoroughly clean and disinfect them between flocks. Allow all trays to dry before stacking or returning them to service. |
