Product Overview

The SHEWUYOU 3-Point Hitch Cattle Hoof Trimming Table is a heavy-duty livestock handling system designed for farms that need both professional hoof-care capability and convenient tractor-assisted relocation. A rear 3-point hitch interface allows the unit to be connected to a compatible agricultural tractor for movement between barns, cattle yards, treatment areas and other working locations.

The reinforced steel structure provides a stable platform for cattle restraint, hoof inspection, preventive trimming and corrective hoof-care procedures. Depending on the selected configuration, the system can incorporate head restraint, belly support, leg positioning, hydraulic functions and a tilting or layover mechanism.

The table is suitable for commercial dairy farms, beef cattle operations, livestock service contractors and agricultural engineering projects where a fully road-towed trailer is unnecessary but mobility around the farm is still important.

Key Features
  • 3-Point Hitch Mobility: Designed for connection to a compatible tractor linkage, allowing convenient relocation between farm work areas.
  • Heavy-Duty Steel Frame: Reinforced structural steel construction provides rigidity for repeated cattle handling and hoof-care work.
  • Stable Animal Restraint: Head, body and leg restraint components help keep cattle positioned during trimming and treatment.
  • Efficient Hoof Access: The working layout provides convenient access to front and rear hooves while reducing unnecessary operator movement.
  • Optional Hydraulic Assistance: Hydraulic pump, cylinders and controls can be supplied according to the required operating configuration.
  • Tilting or Layover Option: A controlled tilting system can be configured upon request for easier hoof access and ergonomic working height.
  • Farm-to-Farm Flexibility: Suitable for relocation around large dairy farms, beef operations and multi-building livestock facilities.
  • Corrosion-Resistant Construction: Galvanized or other protective surface treatments are available for humid and frequently washed livestock environments.
  • Easy Service Access: Pivot points, hydraulic components and restraint assemblies can be arranged for convenient inspection and maintenance.
  • Project-Specific Design: Hitch interface, hydraulic system, animal restraint and working orientation can be customized according to project requirements.

Working Principle

For relocation, the hoof trimming table is connected to the tractor through the appropriate 3-point hitch points. The tractor linkage raises or supports the unit for movement between designated farm work areas. Tractor compatibility and hitch geometry should be confirmed before operation.

At the working position, the equipment is lowered onto a firm and level surface and secured before cattle enter. The animal is guided into the table and restrained using the head gate, body-support system and belly straps or equivalent support components.

The required leg is then secured and positioned for trimming. Where a hydraulic or tilting configuration is selected, powered components assist with controlled cattle positioning and improve operator access to the hooves.

After trimming or treatment is completed, the animal is returned to the normal standing position where applicable, the restraints are released in sequence and the cow exits the equipment.

Installation & Maintenance

Tractor Connection: Confirm that the tractor linkage, lifting capacity, hydraulic interface and hitch geometry are compatible with the selected hoof trimming table before connection.

Working Position: Lower the equipment onto a firm and level surface before cattle enter. The table should not rely on the tractor linkage alone for operational stability unless specifically designed for that operating method.

Cattle Flow: Position temporary or permanent livestock gates so cattle can approach the table in a straight and controlled manner with sufficient operator clearance.

Hydraulic Inspection: Where hydraulic systems are fitted, regularly inspect hoses, fittings, cylinders, valves and oil level for leakage or damage.

Mechanical Maintenance: Inspect hitch points, pivot pins, restraint components, hinges, fasteners and safety locks. Lubricate designated pivot points at appropriate service intervals.

Cleaning: Remove manure, mud and hoof-trimming debris after operation. Maintain clean animal-contact surfaces and a non-slip working platform to support hygiene and long equipment life.

Project Integration

The 3-point hitch hoof trimming table can be used as an independent cattle-care machine or integrated into a wider livestock handling system. For commercial cattle projects, SHEWUYOU can coordinate the equipment with cattle alleys, portable panels, sorting gates, holding pens, treatment areas, livestock fencing and steel structure farm buildings. The final arrangement can be developed according to herd size, tractor availability, cattle-flow requirements and farm conditions.

Product FAQ

Q: What is the main advantage of a 3-point hitch hoof trimming table?
A: It allows the hoof trimming unit to be relocated around the farm using a compatible tractor without requiring a dedicated road trailer.

Q: Will the table fit every tractor?
A: Tractor linkage dimensions, hitch category, lifting capacity and hydraulic requirements vary. Compatibility should therefore be confirmed before production.

Q: Can the table use tractor hydraulics?
A: A compatible hydraulic connection can be configured according to project requirements. An independent hydraulic power unit can also be supplied upon request.

Q: Is a hydraulic tilting system available?
A: Yes. Hydraulic tilt or layover configurations can be supplied according to the required operating method.

Q: Can the frame be galvanized?
A: Yes. Hot-dip galvanized or other corrosion-resistant surface treatments are available upon request.

Q: Can the equipment handle different cattle sizes?
A: Frame clearances, restraint components and hoof-support positions can be configured according to the intended cattle type and project requirements.

Q: Can SHEWUYOU supply cattle gates together with the table?
A: Yes. Cattle panels, approach gates, sorting gates and related livestock handling equipment can be coordinated as part of the complete project.
