Working Principle

When an animal stands in the crush, its weight and the weight of the crush are transferred through the supported frame to the load cells. The indicator receives the load-cell signals and displays the measured weight after the empty installation has been zeroed. A stable foundation, correctly supported frame and clearance from adjacent structures are essential to reliable readings.
