| Product Overview | The 3-Stage Adjustable-Flow Calf Feeding Bottle is designed for controlled individual feeding of newborn and pre-weaned calves in commercial dairy farms, calf-rearing centers, maternity areas and livestock breeding facilities. Its side-mounted three-stage valve allows the operator to adjust the drinking speed according to calf sucking behavior and feeding requirements. An integrated flap valve in the teat supports smooth milk delivery during natural suckling. Available in reference capacities of 2.5 L and 4 L, the bottle incorporates a measuring scale in liters and quarts, a large filling opening and a secure screw closure. The simple manual construction is suitable for routine feeding of colostrum, whole milk and correctly prepared calf milk replacer. |

| Working Principle | Prepare the Milk: Fill the bottle with the required quantity of colostrum, whole milk, transition milk or correctly prepared calf milk replacer. Check the Quantity: Use the graduated measuring scale to confirm the intended feeding volume. Select the Flow: Set the side valve to the appropriate flow position according to the calf's sucking strength and feeding requirement. Present the Teat: Hold the bottle securely and position the teat so the calf can establish a natural suckling action. Controlled Milk Delivery: The selected valve position controls air movement into the bottle and therefore regulates milk delivery, while the teat's integrated flap valve supports feeding flow. Clean After Feeding: Disassemble the teat and cap components, rinse away milk residue and thoroughly clean all milk-contact surfaces before reuse. |

| Installation & Maintenance | No permanent installation is required. Before first use, wash the bottle body, screw cap, flow valve and teat using a cleaning procedure suitable for calf-feeding equipment. Before every feeding, confirm that the flow-control valve moves correctly and inspect the teat for cracking, excessive wear, deformation or damage. Immediately after feeding, remove residual milk and rinse all milk-contact surfaces. Wash the bottle, cap and teat thoroughly with suitable detergent, rinse with clean water and allow the components to drain and dry. Replacement teats should be installed when wear affects hygiene or feeding performance. Farms may assign bottles or teats to individual calves or defined calf groups as part of their biosecurity program. |

| Product FAQ | Q: What does the three-stage valve do? A: It allows the operator to adjust the drinking speed by controlling the airflow into the bottle and therefore the rate of milk delivery. Q: Which bottle capacities are available? A: The reference product is available in 2.5-liter and 4-liter capacities. Q: Does the bottle have measuring marks? A: Yes. The reference bottle includes measuring graduations in both liters and quarts. Q: Can it be used for calf milk replacer? A: Yes. It is suitable for correctly prepared milk replacer as well as whole milk, transition milk and appropriate colostrum-feeding programs. Q: Is the teat replaceable? A: Yes. Replacement natural-rubber calf teats and complete teat-and-cap assemblies are available according to configuration. Q: Is the bottle easy to clean? A: Yes. The large bottle opening and removable screw-cap assembly provide convenient access for routine washing. Q: Can different calves use different flow settings? A: Yes. The adjustable valve allows the drinking rate to be selected according to the individual calf's feeding behavior and farm-management requirements. |
