Product Overview The Replacement Separator Press Auger is the rotating conveying and compression component inside a compatible screw press separator. It is intended for maintenance and refurbishment of solid–liquid separation equipment used in commercial pig farms, livestock manure treatment lines and biogas projects. Each replacement should be matched to the existing screen basket, housing, drive connection and discharge arrangement before manufacture.

Structure and Working Principle The auger consists of a central shaft with helical flights and a machine-specific drive connection. During operation, the rotating flights move slurry through the surrounding screen basket toward the solids outlet. Liquid passes through the screen while conveyed solids are compressed toward the discharge. The screen clearance, flight profile and outlet resistance must work together for the intended feed material.
