| Product Overview | The Portable Material Lift is a mobile lifting aid for positioning building materials and equipment components above floor level. Its wheeled base, telescopic mast, manual winch and load forks make it suitable for installation and maintenance work where larger lifting equipment cannot easily reach. It can assist contractors working on steel structure livestock buildings, pig farm equipment systems and poultry house services. This equipment lifts materials only; it is not an operator platform. | ||||||||||||||
| Key Features |
|
||||||||||||||
| Structural Components | A typical material lift includes a wheeled base, mast sections, lifting carriage, load forks, winch, lifting cable and pulley system. Base supports, fork arrangement and load-handling accessories vary by configuration. All load-supporting components must be selected for the rated capacity of the complete assembly. | ||||||||||||||
| Working Principle | After positioning the base and securing the load on the appropriate attachment, the operator turns the winch handle. The cable system raises the carriage along the mast to bring the material to the required installation height. Reversing the winch lowers the carriage in accordance with the supplied operating instructions. Loads must remain within the specified capacity and load-center limits. | ||||||||||||||

| Applications | Potential tasks include positioning ventilation components, duct sections, pipes, cable trays, lighting assemblies and suitable equipment parts during pig farm construction, poultry house installation and livestock facility maintenance. The lift can also assist with work inside steel structure buildings where access, floor conditions and overhead clearance permit its use. | ||||||||||||||
| Selection Options | Provide the load weight and dimensions, required placement height, doorway width, working space and floor condition when requesting a model. Fork geometry, mast height, finish and compatible accessories can then be reviewed against the project drawings and intended installation sequence. | ||||||||||||||
| Installation & Maintenance | The lift normally requires no permanent foundation. Set it up on a suitable, stable surface and deploy its base supports as directed by the manufacturer. Before each use, inspect the cable, winch, mast, carriage, forks, wheels and retaining pins. Keep moving parts clean and follow the supplied maintenance instructions for lubrication and component replacement. | ||||||||||||||
