| Product Overview |
The Weighing and Dosing Liquid Feed Cart is a mobile feeding unit designed for accurate preparation, transport and distribution of liquid, gruel and compatible fermented feed in commercial pig farms. An integrated weighing system measures the feed inside the tank and provides the operator with real-time weight information. During feeding, the dosing system allows controlled quantities to be delivered to individual pens or troughs, helping improve ration consistency and reduce overfeeding. The cart is particularly suitable for farms that require precision liquid feeding without installing a complete fixed pipeline system. |

| Working Principle / Structural Principle |
Water and feed ingredients are loaded into the tank according to the feeding formula. The load-cell system measures the amount added, allowing ingredients to be prepared according to the required batch weight. The agitator mixes the ingredients into a uniform liquid or gruel ration. During feeding, the operator moves the cart along the barn aisle and positions the discharge hose at each trough. Feed is pumped from the tank while the weighing or dosing system monitors the discharged quantity. When the target amount is reached, dispensing is stopped before moving to the next feeding position. |

| Product FAQ |
Q1: What is the advantage of adding a weighing system to a liquid feed cart? Electronic weighing helps operators prepare consistent batches and monitor the quantity delivered to each pen more accurately. Q2: How is the feed quantity measured? Load cells measure the weight of the tank and its contents. Feed delivery can be monitored by the reduction in tank weight or through a compatible programmed dosing system. Q3: Can different feeding quantities be set for different pens? Yes. Operators can deliver different ration quantities according to pig number, body weight, production stage or feeding program. Q4: Can the cart mix feed while moving? Suitable configurations allow agitation during transport and feeding to help reduce separation of liquid-feed ingredients. Q5: Can it handle fermented feed? Yes, provided the feed viscosity and particle size are compatible with the selected agitator, pump and hose specification. Q6: Is automatic dosing available? Yes. Programmable weighing and dosing controls are available upon request for compatible configurations. Q7: Is the cart suitable for narrow pig-house aisles? Yes. Chassis width, wheel arrangement and tank size can be designed according to the available aisle and turning space. Q8: What information is required for a quotation? Please provide tank capacity, feed type, pigs per feeding round, required dosing accuracy, aisle width, feed viscosity, hose length, power requirements and project location. |
