| Product Overview |
The Electric Fermented Liquid Feed Cart is a mobile livestock feeding unit developed for transporting and distributing prepared fermented liquid feed, wet mash and other pumpable pig rations inside commercial pig houses. The cart combines a corrosion-resistant mixing tank, electric travel system, agitator, feed-transfer pump and flexible discharge hose. Continuous or intermittent agitation helps maintain a more uniform feed mixture while the cart moves between pens. It is especially suitable for farms using fermented-feed preparation systems but not requiring a permanent liquid-feed pipeline to every pen. Tank capacity, drive configuration and discharge system can be customized according to farm layout and feeding requirements. |

| Working Principle |
Fermented liquid feed is normally prepared in a dedicated fermentation or mixing system before being transferred into the mobile feed cart. The cart itself is primarily used for transport, agitation and distribution rather than biological fermentation. After loading, the agitator circulates or mixes the ration to reduce settling of solid ingredients. The electric drive moves the cart through the feeding aisle without requiring continuous manual pushing. At each pen, the operator activates the feed-transfer pump and directs the flexible hose toward the trough. The discharge can be stopped when the required quantity has been delivered and restarted at the next feeding position. After feeding, remaining material can be discharged and the tank, pump and hose should be flushed to maintain hygiene and prevent fermented-feed residues from remaining inside the equipment. |
