| Product Overview | The Heavy Duty Rubber Goat Feed Trough is designed for reliable feed distribution in goat farms, sheep farms, livestock barns, pasture systems and temporary feeding areas. The flexible rubber body provides a practical alternative to rigid plastic or metal feeders where impact resistance, mobility and long service life are important. A heavy-duty rubber trough can absorb everyday knocks and rough handling without the brittleness commonly associated with rigid materials. Its smooth feeding surface supports efficient removal of feed residues and simplifies routine washing and sanitation. The design is suitable for hay, grain, pellets, concentrate feed and mineral supplements. It can be used as a floor trough or integrated with suitable mounting and support arrangements according to the livestock housing layout. |

| Structural Components |
Commercial rubber livestock trough designs commonly use flexible rubber construction for durability, easy handling and resistance to rough farm use. |
||||||||||||||||
| Working Principle / Structural Principle | Feed is placed directly into the trough body, creating a defined feeding area that allows goats to access the ration from the open upper section. The flexible rubber structure absorbs normal impact from livestock and farm handling while retaining its functional shape. When used as a portable feeder, the trough can be manually moved between livestock pens, barns, handling areas and pasture locations. For fixed installations, the trough can be positioned against or secured to an appropriate support structure to limit unwanted movement. The final feeding height, support method and trough dimensions should be selected according to animal size, feeding management, pen configuration and local farm conditions. |

| Installation & Maintenance | For floor use, place the trough on a reasonably level, clean and stable surface within the designated feeding zone. If a fixed installation is required, use suitable fixing hardware and a supporting structure appropriate for the filled trough and expected livestock contact. When integrated into a steel structure building, livestock pen system or metal partition, verify that the support members and fixing points are suitable for the operational load. Position the feeder to maintain safe animal access and adequate clearance for farm personnel. Remove old feed and foreign material regularly. Wash the trough with a livestock-farm-approved neutral cleaning solution and rinse thoroughly. Allow the surface to dry before refilling. Inspect the rubber body, rim and mounting components periodically for excessive wear, cuts, deformation or damage. |
