| Product Overview |
The Dairy Cow Mastitis Strip Cup is a simple reusable tool for visually checking the first streams of milk before routine milking. It helps dairy workers identify visible abnormalities such as clots, flakes, stringy material, discoloration or watery milk that may indicate udder health problems. Manufactured from durable plastic, the cup includes a removable black strainer that provides strong contrast for observing abnormal material in foremilk. It is suitable for daily use in dairy farms, milking parlors and cattle health-management programs. |
| Product Gallery | The product features a blue plastic collection cup, integrated carrying handle and removable black mesh strainer. The dark inspection surface improves visibility of milk flakes, clots and other abnormal material during foremilk screening. |

| Working Principle |
Before attaching the milking unit, the first few streams of milk from each teat are expressed into the strip cup. Liquid milk passes through the black strainer while visible clots, flakes or other abnormal material remain easy to observe against the dark surface. The cup is a visual screening tool for abnormal milk and possible clinical mastitis signs. It does not measure somatic cell count and does not replace the California Mastitis Test, laboratory testing or veterinary diagnosis. |
