 |
| Product Overview |
The Smart Three-Way Sheep Weighing and Sorting System is an integrated livestock management solution designed for automated individual identification, weighing, data recording and three-way drafting of goat-farming-equipment/" target="_blank" class="keylink">sheep.
The system combines RFID ear-tag identification, an electronic weighing platform, automated sorting gates, PLC control and an industrial touchscreen. After each animal is identified and weighed, the control system can direct it to the appropriate group according to preset management rules, helping farms improve flock uniformity, feeding management and production efficiency. |

| Working Principle |
When a sheep enters the system, the RFID reader identifies the electronic ear tag and associates the animal with its individual record. The sheep then enters the weighing area, where the electronic weighing system measures and records its body weight.
The PLC processes the identification and weighing data according to preset sorting rules. After the measurement is completed, the control system activates the corresponding gate and directs the sheep toward one of three sorting channels.
The weighing and identification information can be stored through the control system for later analysis, flock grouping and production management. |
