| Product Overview | The Boar Semen Extender Water Purification System is a dedicated laboratory water treatment unit designed for preparing high-quality purified water used in boar semen extender preparation, semen dilution, laboratory cleaning, and other controlled pig artificial insemination procedures. The system combines multi-stage prefiltration, activated carbon treatment, reverse osmosis, purification cartridges, ultraviolet disinfection, and final particulate filtration. This integrated purification process helps reduce suspended solids, dissolved impurities, organic contaminants, microorganisms, and other substances that may negatively influence extender preparation and semen preservation. Microprocessor-based control simplifies daily operation and system monitoring. Automatic self-cleaning helps protect the filtration components, while filter replacement warnings support preventive maintenance and reliable long-term operation in commercial boar studs and semen processing laboratories. |

|
| Working Principle | Incoming water first passes through sediment and activated carbon prefilters to reduce suspended particles, chlorine, odors, and selected organic contaminants. Fine sediment filtration provides additional protection before the water reaches the reverse osmosis stage. The reverse osmosis membrane uses pressure-driven membrane separation to remove a substantial proportion of dissolved salts, ions, and other dissolved impurities from the feed water. The RO-treated water then passes through multiple purification cartridges for further polishing. After purification, the water passes through ultraviolet treatment to help control microbial contamination, followed by a final fine filtration stage. The finished purified water can be delivered directly to the laboratory or stored in an optional pressure tank according to the installation configuration. The resulting water is suitable for preparing boar semen extender according to the extender manufacturer's water-quality and preparation requirements. |

Final water quality and filter service life depend on feed-water quality, daily water consumption, system maintenance, operating conditions, and replacement intervals. Water quality should be periodically verified according to the semen extender manufacturer's requirements and the laboratory quality-control program. |
