SELF-PROPELLED LIFTING PLATFORM SCALE |
| Product Image |
 |
| Product Overview |
The Self-Propelled Lifting Platform Scale combines weighing, hydraulic lifting and mobile transport functions in one heavy-duty platform. It is designed for livestock farms, loading areas, warehouses and logistics operations requiring both accurate weighing and adjustable-height material handling.
The 2 × 4 m checker-plate platform provides a 3-ton weighing capacity and can be hydraulically raised from approximately 1.2 m to 3 m. Integrated traction, remote controls and hydraulic stabilizers improve operating flexibility and reduce manual handling requirements. |

| Key Features |
- Integrated Weighing & Lifting: Combines platform weighing and hydraulic elevation in one mobile unit.
- 3-Ton Capacity: Suitable for livestock, farm materials and general loading applications within the rated capacity.
- 2 × 4 m Platform: Large checker-plate working surface provides secure footing and sufficient operating space.
- 1.2–3 m Lifting Range: Adjustable platform height supports loading and unloading at different elevations.
- Heavy-Duty Channel Steel Frame: Welded structural frame provides high strength and operating stability.
- Hydraulic Scissor Lift: Integrated hydraulic cylinders provide controlled raising and lowering of the platform.
- Multiple Control Methods: Supports wireless remote control, handheld control and local control-box operation.
- Mobile Traction System: Integrated mobility reduces the need for fixed installation and allows relocation between working areas.
- Hydraulic Stabilizers: Supporting outriggers improve stability during weighing and lifting operations.
- Protective Guardrails: Raised side structures help improve safety during livestock or material handling.

| Working Principle |
The platform incorporates an electronic weighing system that measures the load placed on the deck and transmits the signal to the weighing indicator for digital weight calculation and display.
For lifting operation, the 4 kW hydraulic power unit supplies pressurized oil to the lifting cylinders. The cylinders actuate the scissor mechanism, raising or lowering the platform between the minimum and maximum operating heights.
Before weighing or lifting, the stabilizing outriggers are deployed to provide a stable operating base. Movement, weighing and lifting functions are integrated into one mobile platform for efficient farm and logistics handling. |

| Installation & Maintenance |
- Operate the platform only on firm, level ground capable of supporting the equipment and rated load.
- Deploy and level the stabilizing outriggers before weighing or raising the platform.
- Never exceed the rated 3-ton weighing and operating capacity.
- Check that animals or materials are positioned safely inside the guarded platform before lifting.
- Inspect hydraulic cylinders, hoses, fittings and the integrated pump station regularly for leakage.
- Maintain the specified hydraulic oil level and replace contaminated oil according to the maintenance schedule.
- Inspect scissor-arm pivot pins, structural welds and supporting members periodically.
- Keep the weighing platform clean and remove manure, mud and debris that may affect safe footing.
- Check scale zero, accuracy and indicator operation periodically and recalibrate when required.
- Inspect remote controls, limit devices, electrical contactors and emergency controls before operation.
- Lower the platform completely before moving the equipment between work locations.
