| Product Overview |
The 17°C Boar Semen Thermostatic Refrigerator is specifically designed for controlled storage of diluted liquid boar semen in commercial boar studs, pig artificial insemination centers and breeding farms. The system combines compressor refrigeration with carbon-fiber electric heating to maintain the chamber at approximately 17°C even when ambient conditions change. Multiple cabinet capacities are available from 50 L to 609 L, allowing customers to select a suitable configuration according to semen production volume and storage requirements. |

| Working Principle |
A high-precision temperature sensor continuously detects the temperature inside the refrigerator and sends the data to the electronic controller. When the chamber temperature falls below the preset lower limit, refrigeration stops and the carbon-fiber heating system starts automatically. When temperature rises above the upper limit, the compressor starts cooling. The system stops heating or cooling after the target temperature is restored. |
