| Working Principle | Prepared and quality-approved extended boar semen is poured into the clean 2000 ml graduated reservoir positioned above the filling station. Gravity causes the semen to flow through the silicone tubing. The operator controls liquid flow with the manual clamp and fills each semen bag to the required dose volume, generally within the 40–100 ml working range. After filling, the bag opening is correctly positioned in the sealing section. The electrically powered sealing element is activated through the manual sealing mechanism to close the package.
