Working Principle

Prepared diluted boar semen is supplied to the filling system while continuous semen bags are fed into the packaging section. The industrial controller meters the programmed dose volume into each bag.

After filling, the machine automatically seals and separates the bag, then prints and applies the required identification label. Finished semen doses can be transferred directly to controlled-temperature storage before distribution for artificial insemination.
