 |
| Product Overview |
The Multi-Head Livestock Farm Flame Disinfection Torch is designed for rapid thermal treatment of suitable concrete, masonry and metal surfaces after routine farm cleaning. Multiple burner heads generate concentrated high-temperature flames to improve working efficiency across livestock pens, alleys and equipment areas.
The system is available with 1, 2, 4, 6 or 8 burner heads. A long stainless steel lance, reinforced gas hose and durable metal burner assembly provide practical operation for pig farms, cattle farms, poultry facilities and other livestock biosecurity applications. |

| Key Features |
- High-Temperature Flame: Flame temperature can reach approximately 1300°C at the burner, providing rapid surface heat treatment.
- Multi-Head Design: Available with 1, 2, 4, 6 or 8 burners for different working widths and farm sizes.
- Approx. 25 cm Flame Length: Concentrated burner flame supports controlled treatment of suitable surfaces.
- 130 cm Long Lance: Extended handle improves operating reach while increasing distance between the operator and burner area.
- Stainless Steel Construction: Durable metal components are suitable for demanding livestock-farm environments.
- Removable Burner Heads: Detachable burner configuration simplifies inspection, cleaning and component replacement.
- Reinforced Gas Hose: Professional reinforced PVC hose is designed for pressure resistance, corrosion resistance and aging resistance.
- Efficient Farm Sanitation Support: Multiple flames allow faster treatment of larger concrete floors, walls and metal pen components.
|
| Working Principle |
Fuel gas is supplied through the reinforced hose and distributed through the metal manifold to the burner heads. After controlled ignition, each burner produces a concentrated high-temperature flame.
The operator moves the flame continuously across suitable non-combustible surfaces after physical cleaning and drying. Rapid surface heating can help reduce microbial contamination and destroy some insect eggs and other heat-sensitive biological residues as part of an integrated livestock-farm sanitation program. |

| Installation & Maintenance |
- Use the torch only in empty treatment areas with people and livestock removed.
- Remove bedding, feed, dust, cobwebs, packaging, fuel and other combustible materials before ignition.
- Inspect the gas hose, regulator, connectors, valves and burner heads for damage or leakage before every use.
- Use only a compatible gas supply, regulator and hose assembly specified for the supplied equipment.
- Maintain adequate ventilation during operation and avoid use in confined spaces without appropriate airflow.
- Keep the flame moving continuously and avoid prolonged heating of one point.
- Do not apply flame to plastic flooring, insulation panels, wiring, gas lines, combustible coatings or other heat-sensitive materials.
- Close the fuel supply completely after operation and allow all metal components to cool before handling or storage.
- Clean burner openings periodically and replace damaged hoses, seals or fittings immediately.
- Keep suitable fire-extinguishing equipment readily available during operation.

| Product FAQ |
Q: How many burner configurations are available?
A: The current product specification lists 1, 2, 4, 6 and 8 burner-head configurations.
Q: What is the approximate flame temperature?
A: The listed burner flame temperature is approximately 1300°C.
Q: How long is the operating lance?
A: The specified lance length is approximately 130 cm.
Q: What is the approximate flame length?
A: The listed flame length is approximately 25 cm.
Q: Can it be used for pig farm sanitation?
A: Yes. It is designed for thermal treatment of suitable non-combustible surfaces in empty pig houses and other livestock facilities.
Q: Can the torch be used while animals are inside the building?
A: No. Livestock and unnecessary personnel should be removed before flame treatment begins.
Q: Can it be used on plastic slatted floors or insulated wall panels?
A: No. Direct flame should only be applied to surfaces verified as suitable for high-temperature treatment. Plastic, insulation and other combustible or heat-sensitive materials can be damaged or ignite.
Q: Does flame treatment replace normal washing and disinfection?
A: No. It should be used as an additional thermal sanitation step after appropriate manure removal, cleaning and drying, according to the farm's biosecurity program.
