| Product Overview |
The 3.2L Stainless Steel Ultrasonic Cleaner is a compact benchtop cleaning machine designed for precision cleaning of veterinary instruments, laboratory tools, metal components and other reusable small parts.
Using 40 kHz ultrasonic cavitation technology, the machine generates microscopic bubbles throughout the cleaning liquid. Their rapid formation and collapse help remove contamination from surfaces, joints, grooves and other areas that are difficult to clean manually. The unit features a 304 stainless steel construction, 0–30 minute mechanical timer and 120 W ultrasonic output. |

| Working Principle |
Ultrasonic transducers convert electrical energy into high-frequency mechanical vibration. At approximately 40 kHz, these vibrations create millions of microscopic cavitation bubbles within the cleaning liquid.
When the bubbles rapidly collapse, they produce localized cleaning action that loosens dirt, grease, biological residue and other contamination from immersed surfaces and small crevices. Appropriate cleaning liquid should be selected according to the material being cleaned and the type of contamination. |

| Installation & Maintenance |
- Place the cleaner on a stable, level and dry work surface.
- Fill the tank with an appropriate cleaning liquid before switching on ultrasonic operation.
- Do not operate the ultrasonic cleaner with an empty tank.
- Place instruments in the cleaning basket instead of directly on the bottom of the tank whenever possible.
- Do not overfill the tank or exceed the recommended liquid level.
- Select a cleaning time according to the contamination level and material being cleaned.
- Replace heavily contaminated cleaning liquid regularly to maintain cleaning efficiency.
- Disconnect the power supply before draining, cleaning or servicing the machine.
- Wipe the stainless steel tank and housing dry after use.
- Ultrasonic cleaning is a pre-cleaning process and does not replace sterilization when sterile veterinary instruments are required.
