Product Overview The One-Stage Brooding & Rearing Cage System is designed to support chicks from the early brooding stage through the pullet rearing period within an integrated cage system. Each standard cage section is approximately 1200 mm long. The supporting rack is manufactured from hot-dip galvanized steel sheet with an approximate zinc coating of 275 g/m², while the cage mesh also uses hot-dip galvanized treatment for improved corrosion resistance. Working Principle Chicks are placed in cage compartments at the beginning of the brooding period. Feeding access is adjusted according to bird age, using suitable trough configurations and adjustable plates to help young chicks reach feed easily.

As the birds grow, feeder access and management settings can be modified without changing the basic cage system. Water is supplied through regulated pipelines to nipple drinkers positioned along the cage compartments, providing convenient access to drinking water.

Feed can be distributed automatically along the cage rows, while manure passes through the cage floor to the manure collection area below. Automatic manure removal equipment transfers waste out of the cage rows at scheduled intervals, helping improve labor efficiency and poultry-house hygiene.
